Low Energy / Passivhaus

Initivo provide Air Tightness Testing and consultancy services, for low energy/Passivhaus projects.

These typically require a very low air permeability target of 0.6m3, with testing in accordance with ATTMA TSL4, which suggests three stage testing:

• Once the initial air barrier sealing works are completed
• Once the secondary fix works are completed
• At competition

As the drive towards nett zero progresses, more projects are coming under the Passivhaus scheme.
